Debut as Donna Elvira in “Don Giovanni” at Staatsoper Berlin
Gabriela Scherer sings her first Donna Elvira in Don Giovanni at the Staatsoper Unter den Linden in Berlin on May 17. The series of six performances is running through June 7, with Marc Minkoswki leading the Staatskapelle Berlin. The production by Vincent Huguet also features Lucio Gallo in the title role, Riccardo Fassi as Leporello, Jeanine De Bique as Donna Anna, Bogdan Volkov as Don Ottavio, Regina Koncz as Zerlina, Antonio Di Matteo as Commendatore, and Adam Kutny as Masetto.

She will perform in three shows at the Staatsoper Unter den Linden in August Everding’s legendary production, conducted by Giuseppe Mentuccia and Eva Ollikainen. Additional performances are scheduled for December 29 and January 4, 2025.
